  Needed to have someone look at my dish washer to help detetmine what was wrong. They identified it was the water valve and they ordered the part. Came to replace it and told me that if the new water valve didn't take care of the issue to contact them and they would come back out. Part didn't work and I was in contact with them several times to get someone to come back to look at it. After several months, I gave up and contacted another company. Also, both times they were scheduled to come over they arrived well outside of their scheduled time. I took the day off once to wait and he did not come over until the next day. Not very professional in my opinion.
